The warm wind glows with the cinnamon bread-like aroma of the flowering Sweetgrass, and the long days make it hard to imagine the place locked under a layer of snow which is sure to happen in just a few months.

This Campfire Incense elicits the same types of emotions, triggered by this wonderfully fragrant plant: home, hearth, baking, cooking, spice are all words commonly used to describe this universally enjoyed experience. Burn incense in a well-ventilated area. Always use with a fire-safe holder and place on a level, heat resistant surface. Ensure ash and embers are caught safely. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or suffer from asthma or other respiratory issues. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Unless otherwise posted, we ship within 24 hours of receiving an order and ship with the fastest delivery available. We ship from sunny Colorado. Many orders will arrive in 2-4 business days.

While we believe in magic, we aren't wizards. Yet : ). If a package has been shipped, we then treat order edits on a case-by-case basis, sticking to our return policy details (see below).

Methods and Estimated Transit Times
We ship most packages using USPS and UPS. Unless otherwise posted, we process and pack orders within 24 hours and estimate that our packages arrive to you within 5 business days. You will be able to track your package with a link we send via the shipping confirmation email. 


RATES

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders (in the USA) on orders $65+
  • Orders under $65 will have a $5 flat rate option (or less, depending on product weight) option at checkout

  • If you're interested in other options, you can also find these at checkout

Please note:
  • Orders that come in after noon on Saturday will be processed the following Monday, first thing.
  • Please understand that we're not able to control any delays from USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • We do not ship outside of the continental US at this time.
  • Our schedule is based on Denver time, MST.

    RETURNS

    Easy peasy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    1) Email us first we want to make it right! If we can help, we sincerely want to. If there's nothing we can do, we'll send you our return address and will prepare for your package to arrive.

    2) Next, you will choose your shipping method and pay to have the products shipped back to us.

    3) We'll process your full purchase price (including any original shipping costs) refund within 10 business days of returning to our warehouse.

    We do not charge any additional fees to process returns. All you have to pay is the shipping back to our warehouse. 

    Which items can be returned?
    You may return unused items that haven't been opened, used, or sampled with their packaging and tags in new condition. The return must be initiated and we must receive it back to our warehouse within 30 days of your original purchase date.

    What items cannot be returned?
    We do not accept items past 30 days of the original purchase date, or items that have been damaged or used in any way.

    What if I received a damaged item?
    Yikes! We know that can happen, but we're sorry. Please report damage within 5 days of receiving your package. Send us a photo of the damage (super helpful for future orders) and a description to hello@jupitergoods.com. We'll take it from there, and rest assured, you're in good hands.

    Sage and other herbs have been burned by Indigenous Americans for centuries, believing the ancient incense gets rid of bad spirits and helps to raise the vibration. This sage is sustainably harvested, ensuring a fragrant and clean burn. 

    Directions: Light the end of the stick with a lighter or a match, and allow to smolder and fill your space with the resinous scent of California’s high deserts. Relight as desired. Have a bowl of sand nearby to extinguish. Be careful with fire and never leave the burning stick alone.
